Description
This course equips ministry leaders to create welcoming communities where both students and faculty can actively learn about Jesus and respond wholeheartedly. Participants will learn how to foster healthy small group cultures, combining hospitality, curiosity, and strong ministry structures to support transformation. The course addresses common barriers that hinder vibrant group dynamics and provides practical strategies for overcoming them. Leaders will also practice leading discussions, asking insightful questions, and sharing the Gospel effectively when necessary. Overall, the course aims to empower leaders to facilitate environments where Christians and non-Christians can encounter Jesus together.
