Description
This course equips ministry leaders with practical tools to effectively empower and support InterVarsity volunteers. Participants will learn strategies for using situational leadership, goal setting, and feedback to help volunteers succeed. The course also covers methods for establishing effective communication and management rhythms, as well as ways to acknowledge volunteers' contributions. It provides guidance on evaluating and improving volunteer processes, including alignment with offboarding procedures. By applying these insights, leaders can maintain a thriving and sustainable volunteer team.
