Description
This course equips you to effectively recruit volunteers for campus ministry by aligning with the Holy Spirit's ongoing work. You will learn how to identify and connect with individuals called to support your ministry, understand the motivations and roles of volunteers, and differentiate between various levels of volunteer involvement. The course guides you in assessing and enhancing your current recruitment strategies. Through practical tools and resources, you'll be able to write tailored invitations and build a supportive volunteer community. By the end, you'll have a concrete plan to recruit and engage volunteers in your context.

- Articulate InterVarsity's approach to volunteerism and create a recruiting game plan; understand the motivations, characteristics, and essential work of volunteers on campus; describe the three levels of volunteer involvement and how each supports ministry; assess your current recruitment plan and adapt it to support your goals; write an effective invitation for each level of volunteer.
