This course guides InterVarsity teams to discern their next step in outreach using either a 1-Scoop or 2-Scoop framework, helping them create a welcoming and inclusive community for both Christians and non-Christians. Participants will understand the unique openness of new students during the first month of school and learn how to structure outreach strategies for maximum impact. The course includes powerful testimonies and practical planning tools to help tailor outreach approaches. By completing this training, teams will be equipped to strategically plan their New Student Outreach and foster spiritual growth as a team. Resources and templates are provided for effective implementation and follow-up.
