Description
This course teaches you how to cultivate a strong leadership culture within your group by helping students become effective leaders and supporting them through challenges. You will learn to recognize what constitutes healthy versus unhealthy leadership cultures and assess your own context. The course covers essential leadership skills and addresses practical, emotional, and spiritual barriers that may arise. You will also explore the important role of character and discipleship in leading others. Practical tools and resources are provided to support your ongoing leadership development and help you mentor new leaders.
