ONS is a unique opportunity for new staff to learn about InterVarsity nationally in community with other new staff. ONS helps staff discover who we are as a ministry, what it means to be an IV Staff, and the multitude of ways IV supports your work.
Description
This course orients new InterVarsity staff to the organization and helps them build community with other newcomers. Participants will gain foundational leadership skills and learn about the ministry's culture, expectations, and support systems. Through a mix of online sessions and pre-course assignments, staff will prepare for in-person engagement at ONS 25. The training encourages staff to review core resources, understand their roles, and connect via digital platforms like Microsoft Teams. By the end, staff will feel equipped to engage in ministry and continue developing as leaders.
