Description
This course equips participants to effectively onboard volunteers into InterVarsity by guiding them through the organization's processes and expectations. Learners will gain insight into InterVarsity's mission and culture, ensuring volunteers understand their roles and responsibilities. The training covers procedures tailored to different volunteer levels, along with practical tools and resources for implementation. Participants are encouraged to evaluate and adapt their current onboarding practices to better align with InterVarsity's standards. Ultimately, the course aims to foster clear communication and integration for all new volunteers.
