This course guides participants through the foundational steps of Ministry Partner Development (MPD) in a focused and practical sprint. Learners will gain skills in organizing and leading a prayer team, building relationships with donors through care and regular reporting, and clearly communicating their ministry's vision and needs. Participants will practice presenting their case and making effective asks, both direct and indirect. The course offers instruction in financial planning, donor tracking tools, and networking techniques. Digital resources are provided to further refine ministry and fundraising abilities.
