This course provides a structured introduction to Ministry Partnership Development (MPD) for new staff within InterVarsity. Participants will explore the spirituality and biblical principles of fundraising, learn techniques for engaging and communicating with supporters, and receive practical training on tools like Give Site and DonorElf. The curriculum emphasizes professionalism, ownership of learning, and the importance of donor relationships. Through a series of sessions, learners will practice skills such as storytelling, prospecting, and setting up support systems. By the end of the course, participants will be prepared to effectively build and sustain a support network for their ministry.
