This course equips new InterVarsity staff members with the essential skills and spiritual framework needed for ministry partner development. Participants will explore the biblical basis for giving and receiving, focusing on spirituality in fundraising. They will learn practical tools and strategies for identifying prospects, building prayer teams, and engaging supporters through various communication methods. The curriculum also covers the use of digital tools for donor management and reporting. By the end, staff will be prepared to responsibly raise financial support and actively contribute to campus ministry.
