It explores the significance of generational awareness for ministry, highlighting the unique characteristics and histories of Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z. You'll learn practical ways to minister, lead, and disciple Gen Z students and faculty on campus. The curriculum includes generational theory, strategies for effective outreach, and relevant campus trends. By the end, you'll be better prepared to foster meaningful relationships across generations in your ministry context.
