Description

This course aims to equip participants to minister effectively in increasingly diverse campus environments. It explores the concept of culture, why cultural differences arise, and how they impact ministry. The curriculum draws on Jesus' example for cross-cultural ministry and introduces practical tools like the Approaching Differences Diagram for navigating differences. Participants will assess their attitudes and responses to cultural dissonance, helping them engage more thoughtfully. By the end, learners will be better prepared to serve people from various ethnicities and cultures in their ministries.
