Description
This course is designed to help leaders create a healthy and effective culture of invitations within their ministry teams. It provides practical strategies and coaching tips to make invitations more compelling and to address common barriers such as invitation fatigue, overload, and rejection. Through reflective activities and assessments, participants can evaluate their current approach and learn how to improve both personal and team invitation practices. Special attention is given to drawing from Jesus' example to foster a welcoming environment for ministry growth. By the end of the course, leaders will be equipped to invite others into community in a way that opens opportunities to experience God's love on campus.
