Description
This course introduces new staff to the essentials of serving with GFM, focusing on the organization's core values, practices, and approaches to university ministry. Participants will join a diverse learning community and are encouraged to share their experiences and insights. Through a mix of individual assignments, group discussions, and readings, learners will interact with each other and with seasoned campus ministers. The program aims to equip participants to thrive in ministry as they lead and support graduate students and faculty. Ultimately, it prepares staff to integrate prayer, reflection, and engagement for a fruitful and impactful ministry.
