Description
This course equips participants with practical guidance on developing new leaders within their ministry context. It explores how leadership can deepen faith and dependence on God while emphasizing the value of inviting others into leadership roles. The material covers identifying and mentoring small group apprentices, establishing a culture of leadership, and applying situational leadership strategies. Learners will devise plans for ongoing leader development to ensure the cycle continues. By the end, participants will be better prepared to help more people experience God's transformative presence through effective leadership development.
