This course empowers participants to experience God's peace amidst anxiety by combining Biblical wisdom, neuroscience, and practical coping strategies. It guides learners in developing a faith-based understanding of mental health that values both prayer and community support. Students will discover how modern neuroscience supports prayer and learn to use the 3 A’s approach—Avoid less, Accept more, Attach better—for managing anxiety. Through engaging content, the course offers simple, actionable prayer practices to help yourself or support others on their mental health journey.
