This course helps apprentices deepen their relationships with Jesus and each other, while aiming to make them more outwardly focused on their campus. It emphasizes the importance of apprenticeship for the health of student-led chapters and individual development. Participants will learn to contextualize their approach, connect with a wide range of students, and integrate the core values of community, discipleship, and mission. The course also guides students in assessing and creating structures for apprenticeships, fostering thoughtful progression and leadership discernment.
