This course is designed to prepare participants for success in their MPD Sprint. It covers understanding the MPD cycle, spiritual engagement, building a support prayer team, and the essentials of donor care through effective thanking and reporting. Participants will learn to present their case for support with clarity, manage their financial planning tools, and organize their calendars and networks. The curriculum also helps staff utilize digital resources to sharpen ministry skills. Overall, the course aims to equip staff for effective ministry partnership development in the Northwest Region.
